Winner’s Cat Story Comes to Life in a New Comic Strip

Our pet cats are often an endless source of entertainment with their quirky habits and funny antics, so everyone has at least one story to tell about their beloved moggy.

For Share a Story Month, we asked the cat lovers of the world to share their best stories about their kitties and we’ve picked our favourite to turn into a hilarious cartoon.

The winning story was told by Emily Sulma and involves one very soggy moggy!

The gorgeous Sapphire is one of three cats Emily adopted from Cats Protection.

Sapphire always used to be a big fan of the bathroom, enjoying exploring all of the various fixtures and fittings and particularly enjoying sitting in the empty sink. That is until one day when decided to investigate the bath – while it was full of water!

She reached in with her paw to see what the strange shimmering liquid was, and in the next moment found herself accidentally having a soak in the tub. Needless to say, she’s not so keen on the bathroom anymore!

We loved Emily and Sapphire’s story so much that we got our fantastic illustrator Rasoul Hudda to turn it into a cartoon…
