Kat wrote in, “Suggestion for a blog: since spring is coming and the furbabies will be shedding, I was hoping you’d do a blog or a groomer you know can do a guest-blog on ragdoll-specific hair cuts since their hair is more bunny-like. Lion cuts? Comb cuts? Brush outs? What are others’ experiences on taking their ragdoll to the groomer? I am a first time ragdoll owner and I do not want him to overheat in the spring/summer, so any suggestions/information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! (the amazon link above is his picture – 2 yr 8 mo. old seal point mink)” Grooming is one of the subjects I find difficult to cover – not only because I do the very basics (as that’s what I think is needed for my cats), but also because there are so many factors that I don’t know about someone else’s cat, so I can’t just make a blanket statement.
