What Is Panolog Ointment?

Panolog Ointment is a combination antibiotic and corticosteroid medication used for the treatment of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses with bacterial infection secondary to Candida albicans or susceptible strains of Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus aureus, or Streptococcus pyogenes.

Panolog Ointment is composed of the active ingredients:

* _Thiostrepton_

* _Triamcinolone Acetonide_

It is formulated as an ointment and is typically applied to the affected area twice a day.

_Nystatin_: is an antifungal agent used to treat infections caused by Candida albicans, a type of fungus that can cause skin infections.

_Neomycin_: is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. It works by killing or preventing the growth of bacteria.
