Do Pomeranians Shed?
Yes. Pomeranians do shed. They have a double coat that consists of a dense undercoat and a longer, coarser outer coat. The undercoat helps to keep the Pomeranian warm, while the outer coat helps to protect the dog from the elements. Pomeranians shed their undercoat twice a year, in the spring and fall. During this time, they will lose a lot of hair and will need to be brushed regularly to remove the dead hair.
