Can Dogs Eat Cream of Wheat?
Cream of Wheat is a type of cereal made from wheat flour that has been cooked in water or milk. It is often served with sugar, butter, or fruit. While cream of wheat is not toxic to dogs, it is not a good choice for them as it is high in carbohydrates and low in nutrients. Dogs are carnivores and their diet should consist mainly of meat. Cream of wheat can also be a choking hazard for dogs.
If your dog has eaten cream of wheat, do not panic. Just monitor them for any signs of gastrointestinal upset, such as vomiting or diarrhea. If your dog shows any signs of illness, contact your veterinarian immediately.
