Scottish Fold

First up is the Scottish Fold.  The distinguishing feature on these cats is their folded ears which fold forward and down, sitting close to the skull.  All Scottish Fold kittens are born with straight ears; at three to four weeks the ears begin to fold. The distinctive folded ear is caused by a gene mutation of an incomplete dominant gene.
