Nutrient-Rich Sprouted Seeds & Veggies for Healthy Birds

Sprouted seeds are healthy food for pets. We can easily make this food for the birds
by germinating the seeds. Some Seed
Grain Seeds:
Brown Rice, Canary, Maize (Yellow, Red, White), Niger, Chinese (Oats), Kaun, Mustard, Bajra, Mug Pulses
Medicinal / Medicinal Seeds:
Broccoli, Fennel, Fenugreek, Radish Seeds, Red Clover.
The method of preparation of germinated seeds are:
Some seeds need to be washed thoroughly in a clean container. Then soak in a clear transparent glass container with
a bit of water (water in such a way that the seeds and water are at the same level so that
the water does not rise above the seeds).
Leave the glass jar at room temperature for 6 to 12 hours.
After that, the seeds should be washed well again with clean water and drained.
You can feed these seeds and birds. Or keep the glass container ventilate
for another 8 to 12 hours so that the seeds germinate.
When the seeds germinate after a certain period, they are ready to feed the birds.
When seeds are soaked in 1/2 teaspoon unripe apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes, this will remove
any fungus or bacteria in the seed and add some essential enzymes, vitamins and minerals to the seed.
Apple Cider Vinegar must be Organic, Raw, Unfiltered.
A good brand of apple cider vinegar is:
Bragg with the “Mother”.
The seeds that remain after the birds have eaten can be stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
However, before feeding the bird again, you must thoroughly wash it in water and crushed apple cider vinegar.
And before feeding, care must be taken so that the seeds do not smell sour.

Now mix all the ingredients and feed the bird in a clean food bowl.
This food can be kept in a birdcage for up to 2 hours continuously.

June leaves (scientific name: Moringa oleifera) is a naturally balanced food that contains vitamins,
minerals, proteins, antioxidants and other essential compounds.
June leaves extract these nutrients from high-density vegetable nutrients. It has high levels of Vitamin
A (beta carotene), Vitamin B1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin),
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Vitamin B7 (biotin), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid). (Cholecalciferol),
Vitamin E (Tocopherol) and Vitamin K. Sajna are known worldwide as a source of vegetable protein (30%).
Particular caution:
It is better not to let the bird eat tomatoes. Also, in our country, excessive chemical
pesticides and formalin are used during the cultivation of vegetables, which can cause
the death of birds. So before feeding any vegetable to the bird, wash it well in clean, pure water and let it eat.
