There is no such thing as a “cat human." Cats may behave in human-like ways, but they are still animals whose primary behavioral drive is driven by primal motivations including hunger, territoriality, mating, or fear.

A "cat man" or "cat lady" are terms sometimes used for those individuals, mostly of older age, who have a fondness for and are known to maintain many cats with little attention paid to other people.
