Every time I have given my cats a felted wool cat cave, bed or toy – they smell it for a good long while and then want to rub it, bunny kick it or bite it. I am not sure what it is about felted wool, but most cats adore it. My cats don’t always keep it in the cave shape either – sometimes it becomes a flat bed for them to lay on as well.
