Cozy Cat Carrier: Snuggie‑Style Comfort for Stress‑Free Transport

Cozy Cat Carrier: Snuggie‑Style Comfort for Stress‑Free Transport

I’m just going to be honest. Sometimes getting a cat into a cat carrier is like getting a feral porcupine to do a square dance.

It’s just not easy.
But a  carrier called The Cat-In-The-Bag Cozy Comfort Carrier promises to comfortably keep your kitteh contained, much like a cat Snuggie, that only has holes for the cat’s head.

Is it just me, or does this look like a recipe for getting the crap scratched out of you?

It retails for $33.95, and the company that makes it says that unlike other carriers, it doesn’t isolate your cat in a box that traumatizes it. Instead, you can wrap your cat in a bag (like a piece of leftover lasagne?) and keep your cat confined but able to move around freely.

Wait? What?

Essentially, once you’ve figured out how to get all four limbs of your cat inside the bag without making them think they are about to be thrown in the washing machine, you have the perfect set-up for taking them wherever they need to go safely, as the shoulder strap on the bag also acts as a seatbelt passthrough for car transportation.

Yes, we are sure your cat will have no issues at all being a cat pillow tied to your backseat.

I have to give it to the cats in the video…they are very subdued for what you know they are considering a huge disgrace. Don’t believe me? Watch the cat getting stuffed in the blue bag and tell me its face isn’t screaming, “I used to be worshiped by ancient cultures as a GOD!” So, maybe I am wrong about this being all sorts of unbelievable.

Not going to find out though, because every cat I know would look at me like I’d been on drugs if I came at them with that thing.

And I’d not blame them.
