How to Make Your Own Pet Vest Sling

4. Sew the vest together.

* Turn the vest right side out and press flat.

* Fold the top edge of the vest down 1 inch and press.

* Stitch a 1/4 inch seam along the folded edge to create a casing for the webbing.
