Simple Salmon and Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • Salmon without the skin
  • 1 head of broccoli (chopped)
  • 2 potatoes (peeled or chopped)
  • 1 carrot (peeled or chopped)
  • Handful of parsley* (chopped)

Instructions
  1. Boil all the vegetables in unsalted water until soft
  2. Add about ¼ of the parsley and mix with the vegetables.
