How to Clean an Aquatic Turtle Tank
1. Prepare your supplies. You will need:
* A bucket or sink filled with clean, dechlorinated water
* A soft cloth or sponge
* A toothbrush
* A gravel vacuum
* A water conditioner
2. Remove your turtle from the tank. Place your turtle in a temporary holding container filled with clean, dechlorinated water.
3. Drain the tank. Drain the water from the tank, leaving the substrate in place.

7. Add new water. Fill the tank with fresh, dechlorinated water. Be sure to use the correct water conditioner to remove any harmful chemicals from the water.
8. Add the decorations back into the tank. Place the decorations back into the tank, making sure they are securely anchored.
9. Reintroduce your turtle to the tank. Gently place your turtle back into the tank.
10. Monitor the water quality. Test the water quality regularly and make adjustments as needed.

* Clean the tank at least once a week.
* If the water in the tank becomes cloudy, perform a water change immediately.
* Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to clean the tank.
