  • Cotton wool/pads
  • Olive oil
  • Clean towel
  • Ear cleaner for dogs

THE 7-STEP PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING YOUR DOG’S EAR
1. Gather all your requirements at once and put your dog in a comfortable position. It should be done while sitting down.
2.  Apply the ear cleaning solution on a cotton wool/pad and squeeze it gently to remove excesses.
3. Pull back the ear backward and upward (don’t drag it as it will hurt your pet). Insert the cotton wool dipped with the ear cleaning solution and clean the ear gently going from inside to outside.
4. Avoid repeated cleaning with the same swab. Go in a single swipe motion with the front and back. Drop the cotton swab and use another one.
5. Keep doing it until the ear looks clean. Then, use the dry clean towel to wipe off any excesses and clean the outer ear. You may apply olive oil with a separate cotton wool
6. Repeat similar process with the other ear.
7. Give treats after the procedure is completed.
