Lemon kills and repels fleas naturally.

Step 1

Thinly slice one lemon. Leave the peel on.

Step 2

Place the sliced lemon in a pot with 2 cups of water.

Step 3

Place the pot over high heat on the stove.

Step 4

Bring the pot of lemon water to boil, and allow to boil for three minutes.

Step 5

Remove the pot from the heat and stir well.

Step 6

Allow the pot of lemon water to sit on the stove overnight.

Step 7

In the morning, apply the lemon water to your cat's fur using a sponge or spray bottle. Don't soak the fur, but it should be damp.

Repeat the process once every two weeks or as needed to kill fleas.
